PULSE FORMS JOINT VENTURE WITH BEAT HOUSE

Los Angeles-based music agency BEAT HOUSE has signed a joint venture and worldwide co-publishing deal with Pulse Music Group as announced today by Josh Abraham and Scott Cutler, co-CEOs of Pulse Music Group. BEAT HOUSE was founded by leading music industry executive Tiffany Kumar, as a place to house her passion for working with songwriters and producers. Prior to establishing BEAT HOUSE, Kumar was Global Head of Songwriter Relations at Spotify, where she launched the hugely successful Secret Genius brand through which she orchestrated and oversaw award shows, global songwriting camps, and the opening of four recording studios.

BEAT HOUSE is an LA-based music agency spanning music publishing, record label, A&R, TV and social justice. Founded by renowned music executive Tiffany Kumar, BEAT HOUSE works with today’s biggest producers and songwriters, in addition to identifying emerging talent. BEAT HOUSE also works with the Alliance for Safety and Justice, to partner artists, including G-Eazy and Ty Dolla $ign, with their #TimeDone campaign.

Cardi B” via Starrah (tied for the longest run at #1 on the Billboard Radio Songs chart this century and #1 in 11 countries); Camila Cabello’s “Havana” feat. Young Thug via Starrah (#1 Billboard Hot 100, RIAA 6X Platinum) and Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” feat. Drake via OZ (#1 Billboard Hot 100, Urban, and Rhythmic Radio, RIAA 5X Platinum) & the record-breaking Latin hit “Despacito.” Pulse writer Starrah also won last year’s ASCAP Pop Songwriter of the Year award. Recent signings by the company include Tyler Johnson, El_P, Rich the Kid, YBN Cordae, and Bhad Bhabie.

Under the leadership of co-CEOs Scott Cutler and Josh Abraham, Pulse Music Group and its creative team has doubled its NPS, won the AIMP Publisher of the Year award in 2018 and climbed into the Top 10 publisher market share in the US.
