BMI presented the 69th Annual BMI Pop Awards on May 10th. The virtual event recognized the songwriters and publishers of 2020’s most-performed pop songs across radio and streaming platforms. Tyler Johnson took home two song awards (Harry Styles‘ “Watermelon Sugar” and “Adore You”), BloodPop also received two awards (Lady Gaga’s “Rain on Me” and “Stupid Love), and Trevor Daniel was honored for his multi-platinum #1 radio hit “Falling”.
