PULSE MUSIC GROUP SIGNS YBN CORDAE TO GLOBAL MUSIC PUBLISHING DEAL

Pulse Music Group co-CEO’s Scott Cutler and Josh Abraham, along with VP Ashley Calhoun, announced today the signing of rapper YBN Cordae to a worldwide music publishing deal. Cordae gained initial fame when WorldStarHipHop posted his remixes of Eminem’s “My Name Is” and J. Cole’s “Old N*ggas” and when he freestyled during an interview with LA Leakers on Power 106. He became a member of the hip-hop collective YBN in 2018 joining forces with a dozen other rappers, producers, and social media influencers that span the United States. The group released its debut album in 2018 featuring collaborations with Gucci Mane, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Skies, Machine Gun Kelly, and Chris Brown.

Cordae is signed as a solo artist to Atlantic Records, and is dropping his debut album in June 2019. He has released three mixtapes, a handful of singles, and has accumulated more than 200 million music streams over the past year.
