Manuel IV is a songwriter and producer who is a part of Starrah’s 3:02 collective, he is based in Atlanta (open to working virtually) and excels in Pop/Rhythmic, Reggaeton, Latin Pop, Rap. He has also had sync success with a song he released as an artist “Up Next”, which was placed with ESPN for the NBA Draft show in 2020, then for an NFL ad later that year.
