Biography
LILY MEOLA is a singer/songwriter from Maui, Hawaii. Growing up she listened to Joni Mitchell, Carole King, and Ella Fitzgerald who became major influences in her songwriting. When writing, she combines these story-telling roots with modern sonic influences of Ed Sheeran, James Blake, Rihanna, Alabama Shakes, and Frank Ocean. She has recently been writing with Hilary Lindsey, Lori McKenna, Stint, The Futuristics, Amy Wadge, Oak Felder, Tommy English, Lauren Christy, Natalie Hemby, Emily Weisband, to name a few. She also co-wrote the Andra Day single “Amen” which has been synched in major campaigns for Genesis and Hyundai.
