Smoove’L is the life of the party for a Tik Tok generation of fans who love dancing to his raps about his experiences as a 19 year old “Boy From Brooklyn” whose rising star is taking off as one of the few exciting and unique voices out of New York/Brooklyn’s burgeoning Drill Rap scene. His single “New Apollos” catapulted him to New York Radio and clubs instantly – fueling a huge label bidding war across the majors and now have taken him internationally crossing over into the UK Grime and Drill scene too. As of this year, Smoove’L officially signed with Interscope Records through Baroline Diaz (Sr Director of A&R) who is known for signing and generating massive success with DaBaby, Stunna4Vegas at Interscope (and Polo G while previously at Columbia Records).

Momentum on a high, Smoove’L recently dropped his debut project/mixtape “Boy From Brooklyn”, a series of fan content, followed up by “BDE” – a joint single with Melii (Joie Manda female artist priority ). Released on May 15th (within just four days and during quarantine), the record is streaming at 199K plays on Spotify alone. Yesterday on May 18th, it was just at 152K, and it continues to take off. His trajectory as an artist is bright – as he’s young, smart and comes from great stock with a team called Run Music that runs like a tight knit family and muscle like a growing Cash Money, Quality Control or Winners Circle (from ATL). Eclipsing the Brooklyn Drill Rap scene, Smoove is a visionary and has big plans.
